Write a method height that returns the height of a binary tree. The height of a tree is defined to be the number of levels it has (i.e., the number of nodes along the longest path from the root to a leaf). The empty tree has a height of 0. A tree of one node has a height of 1. A root node with one or two leaves as children has a height of 2. And so on.
